I cannot say enough good things about this studio. Amanda is amazing (both friendly and talented). It’s the most welcoming and easy going studio I’ve ever been in. I’ve been working with Amanda on large scale Mandala/geometric work to fill in a patchy sleeve I started when I was much younger. And I cannot wait to see and have the final product on my body. She truly took her time and was intentional and thoughtful with design and placement and stenciling. 10/10 recommend

Taryn is the nicest, most patient human on the planet. She was so easy to work with. Taryn gave me such beautiful options for designs & seamlessly blended everything to create something that is very me. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was looking to support a local, woman owned business for a nose re-pierce. Let me tell you… my expectations were far exceeded. From the moment you step into the shop, you feel as if you’re transported into an eclectic space with such creative and loving energy. Everyone is so kind, professional and personable. Most importantly, everyone at Obscura truly cares about who is sitting in their chairs. I had the pleasure of working with Brittany, who re-pierced my nose after I had removed my piercing several years ago. Brittany worked with me, validated my requests and provided me with her professional advice (I had wanted a hoop, but due to scar tissue buildup, it was recommended I go with a stud while the hole heals). The whole process was seamless and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend - if you want to feel as if you’re going to visit a friend for a piercing or tattoo, this is your spot. But be warned, you’ll never want to leave!

Taryn is an amazing artist!!! Her attention to detail is second to none, she took the time needed to perfectly design and outline my sleeve in just the first session, it’s so awesome to meet sn artist that is as excited as you are about the work to be done!!! Thank you Taryn, see you soon!!

I can’t say enough positive things about Taryn and her team at Obscura! I came in with my wife to have a variation of a couples wedding tattoo done. I had the concept of what I wanted but wasn’t sure how to tie it all in together in a cohesive piece. Taryn did the impossible and created the most incredible drawing based off of my ideas. Not only that, but her line work and attention to every small detail made my tattoo super creative and I get so many compliments on it. Her shop is super clean and she’s a gem to hangout with! We’ll be back for more!
